Hace ya mucho tiempo, Keith Richards declaró: "Nadie deja esta banda a menos que sea en un ataúd". En 1993 abandonó el grupo la persona que había sido su bajista durante 30 años, Bill Wyman. El ex Rolling Stones alegó que quería desarrollar nuevos proyectos y que estaba cansado de hacer siempre lo mismo. Lo cierto es que su relación con Mick y Keith no era buena y que no se sentía lo suficientemente valorado en la banda. Durante los dos años posteriores a su salida de los Rolling Stones, Bill a penas tocó el bajo. Se volvió a casar y se centro en su cadena de restaurantes Sticky Fingers. A finales de 1995 comienza a ensayar con el guitarrista Terry Taylor con la intención de formar un nuevo proyecto. ResponderEliminarTheir lone (only one album) with 1972 this German hard rock outfit with an English vocalist,combined elements from multiple extant and budding rock subgenres to construct their complex sound: hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock, acid rock, prog rock, and even proto-metal.
Blackwater Park is an obscure band that emerged from the Berlin underground scene. They released their unique album "Dirt Box" in 1971, published on BASF in 1972. The group delivers a captivating, effective bluesy-heavy rock "trip" with lot of incisive guitar riffs, progressive Hammond Organ's arrangements, melodic heavy vocals and psychedelic effects that are part of the mix. His British singer had a strong voice. Especially the third and heavy track "Indian Summer", which clearly shows us the quality, engaging and virtuosity among its members. Remember that the last song is beautiful version of "For No One", composed by Lennon and McCartney,with the album 'Revolver' issued in 1966.
(Accessible) kraut power band whose work is essential for collectors. "Dirt Box" has been recently reissued on CD by record labels Second Battle.
Excelente banda!!!. La conoci el año pasado. Tienen una mezcla de progresivo, toques de bules y hard. Las piezas Indian summer, rock song,mental block y Dirty face muy buenas!!!
