¿Qué nos viene a la mente cuando hablamos de Suiza? ¡Los mejores chocolates del planeta son de allí! También alberga una gran concentración de bancos internacionales, con las cuentas más lucrativas e importantes, algunos de dudosa reputación, pero eso no viene al caso. Además, cabe destacar la limpieza y el orden de los espacios públicos, y la admirable neutralidad demostrada en los conflictos armados. Pero, obviamente, estos aspectos no son tan importantes para la esencia de este humilde blog; lo que importa es la música, ¡el rock and roll! Lamentablemente, la escena rock suiza permanece eclipsada por la prolífica Alemania, Inglaterra y la progresiva Italia. ResponderEliminarTheir lone (only one album) with 1972 this German hard rock outfit with an English vocalist,combined elements from multiple extant and budding rock subgenres to construct their complex sound: hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock, acid rock, prog rock, and even proto-metal.
Blackwater Park is an obscure band that emerged from the Berlin underground scene. They released their unique album "Dirt Box" in 1971, published on BASF in 1972. The group delivers a captivating, effective bluesy-heavy rock "trip" with lot of incisive guitar riffs, progressive Hammond Organ's arrangements, melodic heavy vocals and psychedelic effects that are part of the mix. His British singer had a strong voice. Especially the third and heavy track "Indian Summer", which clearly shows us the quality, engaging and virtuosity among its members. Remember that the last song is beautiful version of "For No One", composed by Lennon and McCartney,with the album 'Revolver' issued in 1966.
(Accessible) kraut power band whose work is essential for collectors. "Dirt Box" has been recently reissued on CD by record labels Second Battle.
Excelente banda!!!. La conoci el año pasado. Tienen una mezcla de progresivo, toques de bules y hard. Las piezas Indian summer, rock song,mental block y Dirty face muy buenas!!!
