Existen músicos (más de lo que se piensa) que, sin ser estrellas de primera magnitud, gracias a su trabajo han mantenido a las grandes figuras del mainstream en los primeros puestos de popularidad. Este es el caso de Ángel Crespo, todo un sacerdote de la batería que ha formado parte de numerosos estudios de grabación, y de giras de un sinfín de grupos y artistas de diversos estilos. En definitiva un todoterreno como así lo avala el premio otorgado en 2002 por la revista especializada: Batería Total, gracias a las votaciones de sus lectores. Madrileño de nacimiento, Ángel cursó estudios en el Real Conservatorio de Madrid en las disciplinas de solfeo, percusión y conjunto coral. ResponderEliminarTheir lone (only one album) with 1972 this German hard rock outfit with an English vocalist,combined elements from multiple extant and budding rock subgenres to construct their complex sound: hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock, acid rock, prog rock, and even proto-metal.
Blackwater Park is an obscure band that emerged from the Berlin underground scene. They released their unique album "Dirt Box" in 1971, published on BASF in 1972. The group delivers a captivating, effective bluesy-heavy rock "trip" with lot of incisive guitar riffs, progressive Hammond Organ's arrangements, melodic heavy vocals and psychedelic effects that are part of the mix. His British singer had a strong voice. Especially the third and heavy track "Indian Summer", which clearly shows us the quality, engaging and virtuosity among its members. Remember that the last song is beautiful version of "For No One", composed by Lennon and McCartney,with the album 'Revolver' issued in 1966.
(Accessible) kraut power band whose work is essential for collectors. "Dirt Box" has been recently reissued on CD by record labels Second Battle.
Excelente banda!!!. La conoci el año pasado. Tienen una mezcla de progresivo, toques de bules y hard. Las piezas Indian summer, rock song,mental block y Dirty face muy buenas!!!
