Que los japoneses lo copian todo es un tópico que en música, ya no funciona. Hoy tenemos grupos que hacen Canterbury (y muy bien, y con Richard Sinclair!), hasta en Galicia. Amoeba Split es un orgullo. Pero sí que en Japón saben clonar estilos como nadie. Recuérdese por ejemplo, el caso de Ain Soph , Asturias o más recientes, De Lorians. Akiba Tatsu o "Tatsu Akiba", como titula su tercer disco, que tanto da, también se dedica en cuerpo y alma a la suprema religión de Canterbury. Secta peligrosa para los sentimientos, si se es lo suficientemente sensible para saber de qué va esa vaina. Que hay mucho mastuerzo suelto. Y aquí, un poquico sabemos de qué va. El tipo se encarga de prácticamente todo, (guitarras, teclados, bajo, voz, contrabajo, violín o percusiones). Aunque lleva invitados al saxo, flauta, sintetizadores o varios excelentes baterías. ResponderEliminarTheir lone (only one album) with 1972 this German hard rock outfit with an English vocalist,combined elements from multiple extant and budding rock subgenres to construct their complex sound: hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock, acid rock, prog rock, and even proto-metal.
Blackwater Park is an obscure band that emerged from the Berlin underground scene. They released their unique album "Dirt Box" in 1971, published on BASF in 1972. The group delivers a captivating, effective bluesy-heavy rock "trip" with lot of incisive guitar riffs, progressive Hammond Organ's arrangements, melodic heavy vocals and psychedelic effects that are part of the mix. His British singer had a strong voice. Especially the third and heavy track "Indian Summer", which clearly shows us the quality, engaging and virtuosity among its members. Remember that the last song is beautiful version of "For No One", composed by Lennon and McCartney,with the album 'Revolver' issued in 1966.
(Accessible) kraut power band whose work is essential for collectors. "Dirt Box" has been recently reissued on CD by record labels Second Battle.
Excelente banda!!!. La conoci el año pasado. Tienen una mezcla de progresivo, toques de bules y hard. Las piezas Indian summer, rock song,mental block y Dirty face muy buenas!!!
