Formada sin grandes pretensiones, Machines Dream es una banda de cinco amigos que se unieron para improvisar y explorar sus influencias musicales, transformando rápidamente estas sesiones en un sonido cautivador. Sus influencias son claramente perceptibles, con referencias a grandes nombres como Pink Floyd , Genesis , King Crimson , Marillion , Porcupine Tree y Tool , pero la banda no se limita a homenajes: busca crear algo original y significativo. Black Science es el tercer y, hasta ahora, último lanzamiento de la banda. El álbum comienza con "Armistice Day ", una breve y atmosférica introducción con voces que recuerdan a Roger Waters y sonidos electrónicos que preparan el terreno para "Weimar ". Este tema ya demuestra la habilidad de la banda para fusionar teclados, piano y guitarra en un arreglo sinfónico, creando una atmósfera densa y rica. ResponderEliminarTheir lone (only one album) with 1972 this German hard rock outfit with an English vocalist,combined elements from multiple extant and budding rock subgenres to construct their complex sound: hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock, acid rock, prog rock, and even proto-metal.
Blackwater Park is an obscure band that emerged from the Berlin underground scene. They released their unique album "Dirt Box" in 1971, published on BASF in 1972. The group delivers a captivating, effective bluesy-heavy rock "trip" with lot of incisive guitar riffs, progressive Hammond Organ's arrangements, melodic heavy vocals and psychedelic effects that are part of the mix. His British singer had a strong voice. Especially the third and heavy track "Indian Summer", which clearly shows us the quality, engaging and virtuosity among its members. Remember that the last song is beautiful version of "For No One", composed by Lennon and McCartney,with the album 'Revolver' issued in 1966.
(Accessible) kraut power band whose work is essential for collectors. "Dirt Box" has been recently reissued on CD by record labels Second Battle.
Excelente banda!!!. La conoci el año pasado. Tienen una mezcla de progresivo, toques de bules y hard. Las piezas Indian summer, rock song,mental block y Dirty face muy buenas!!!
